1. Digital Products

All premium themes and broadcast overlays sold on ScoreMaster.in are digital goods. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the access link or file has been delivered to you.

2. Exception for Technical Issues

We may consider a refund request only under the following circumstances:

• You purchased a premium theme but the link provided is broken or inaccessible within 48 hours of purchase.
• The overlay system has a major technical defect that prevents it from functioning with standard OBS setups, and our support team is unable to fix it within 3 business days.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the criteria for an exception, please contact our support team at support@scoremaster.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9064257927 within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your payment screenshot and details of the technical issue.

4. Fraudulent Disputes

Filing a fraudulent payment dispute or chargeback will result in immediate termination of your ScoreMaster account and permanent ban from accessing our premium features.
